We read every message. If you are reporting a problem with a result, include the stock lengths or sheet sizes and the parts list, or attach the PDF, so we can reproduce it.

Your cutting lists are never sent to us automatically: the tools run in your browser and nothing is stored. If you want help with a specific job, you will need to send the details yourself.
